  1.   2. Coating: On the basis of the original formula of water-based latex paint, after adding 0.3-1% of the total weight of nano-silica (need to be fully dispersed), its suspension stability, thixotropy, bonding strength between the coating and the substrate, Properties such as smoothness are improved, drying time is shortened, artificially accelerated UV aging test time is increased, and the stain resistance of the coating is also improved.

Instructions for use
 

 

  Disperse the product directly into the system through mechanical dispersion or ball milling; or disperse the product in non-inorganic solvents such as acetone, ethanol and then add it to the system. The recommended addition amount is 0.1-2% by weight. Individual product systems can reach more than 10%, which depends on the actual application.
