NYT4-nano composite UV shielding agent

Nanocomposite UV shielding agent is a water-based functional slurry specially developed for textile products by our company using the nanomaterial preparation and dispersion technology accumulated over many years. The product has good storage stability and good thixotropic properties. It is suitable for anti-UV finishing of cotton, linen, silk, wool, viscose, polyester-cotton and other fabrics. The color, strength and moisture absorption and breathability of ordinary fabrics after treatment remain unchanged. It has good UV protection in the 180-400nm band. Through absorption, transformation, reflection and scattering, the UPF value is as high as 50+. The UPF value is still 50+ after 40 washes, and it can improve the sun fastness and washing fastness of the fabric.

User guides
 
  The method of finishing the fabric can be padding, coating, dipping or spraying, and the dosage is usually 0.5-3% (owf). The specific dosage and usage depend on the type and purpose of the fabric.
  1. Padding method
  1), process formula:
  Nanocomposite UV shielding agent 10-50g/L
  Low temperature fixing agent 10-50g/L
  2), process flow:
  Fabric after bleaching and dyeing → padding with anti-UV solution (padding rate 60-70%) → drying (80-110℃) → tentering (160-170℃, 30 seconds or 120℃, 5-6 minutes)
 
  2. Coating method:
  1), process formula:
  Nanocomposite UV shielding agent 2-5%(owf) 
  Coating slurry X%
  2), process flow
  Fabric→Coating→Drying→(High temperature baking or tentering)
 
  Packaging: 25kg/barrel
