NYZ1-6-Nano zinc oxide for ceramics

Nano-zinc oxide is an important ceramic chemical flux raw material. It is widely used in building ceramic wall and floor tile glazes and low-temperature porcelain materials. It is also widely used in art ceramic glazes. Nano-zinc oxide has a strong fluxing effect in the glaze, which can reduce the expansion coefficient of the glaze, improve the thermal stability of the product, increase the gloss and whiteness of the glaze, and improve the elasticity of the glaze. It can expand the melting range and increase the brilliance of the glaze color. However, it should not be used in black glazes containing chromium.

Product application areas

Product instructions

　　It must be calcined at high temperature before use, and the calcining temperature is about 1200°C. It is not necessary to calcine when added to the frit material. Excessive dosage in the glaze will affect the gloss of the glaze.
