Application areas

Plastic: NYS10-5725 is dispersed in polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and other plastic raw materials, which can improve the strength, toughness, wear resistance and aging resistance of plastic products. In addition, it can also improve the waterproof performance of translucent plastic films.

　　3. Rubber: After adding a small amount of NYS10-5725 to rubber, the strength, wear resistance and anti-aging properties of the product are improved.

　　4. FRP: Adding NYS10-5725 to FRP can improve the hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance of the material.

　　In addition, this product is also widely used in unsaturated resins such as polyester to improve the strength, toughness and other properties of the material.

Product instructions　

　　This product shows good dispersion stability and lipophilicity by grafting the coupling agent KH570 on the surface of nano-silica, and can be directly used on organic materials. The recommended addition amount is based on weight: 0.1%-3%. The specific addition amount needs to be determined according to the actual situation.

　　Specific usage of the product: Disperse the product directly into the system through mechanical dispersion or ball milling; or fully disperse the product in acetone, alcohols or other solvents, and then add it to the system.
