Application and usage instructions
 
  Products are used in the field of concrete. When using, the product is first dispersed into water through high-speed dispersion or ultrasonic dispersion to form a suspension of a certain concentration, and then the dispersion is added to other mixtures. Customers can choose the amount of addition according to the actual situation.
 
  1. To improve the mechanical properties of concrete, the appropriate amount of nano-silica should be controlled between 0.5% and 1.0%.
  2. To improve the frost resistance and durability of concrete, it is recommended to add 1%-3% of nano-silica.
  3. To improve the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete, it is recommended that the addition amount of nano-silica is 3%-5%.
  At the same time, nano-silica doping will increase the consistency of concrete, reduce its fluidity, slump, and affect working performance. The amount of water-reducing agent needs to be adjusted appropriately.
