NYGB1100-Nano silicon oxide composite dispersion for colloidal batteries
This product uses nano-silica with small particle size and ultra-high specific surface area independently developed and produced by our company as the main material. Through nano-material monodispersion process technology, nano-silica is dispersed into aqueous monodisperse transparent liquid. The product has excellent properties such as high activity, monodispersed ultra-fine particle size, ultra-high specific surface area and porous structure. It is used in combination with electrolytes and other materials in a certain proportion to prepare nano-colloidal electrolytes for high-performance colloidal solid batteries. Its nano-oxidation A stable colloidal structure is formed when the silicon content is between 0.2% and 0.8%. The dosage is only 1/3-1/5 of imported fumed silica. The water loss rate of the colloidal battery is only 1% of that of gas silicon batteries or ordinary batteries. /4, the discharge capacity is increased by 10%, the cycle can be extended by 50%, and the high current discharge and low temperature discharge performance are improved by more than 20%. Instructions for use
1. Recommended product addition amounts: 2% to 5% for sub-colloidal batteries and 5% to 20% for all-solid gel batteries; gel time and strength are related to the addition amount, temperature and sulfuric acid content, and will be debugged based on actual tests;
2. Packaging: 25kg/barrel; 200kg/barrel; 1000kg/barrel;
3. Easy to transport, sealed and protected from light, stored at room temperature for 12 months.
