On October 22, 2015, the finals of the "China Wings" (2015) Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, jointly organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, were held in Beijing. The "China Wings" (2015) Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition was launched in February this year.
