On December 24, 2014, the "Wannian County Handling of Mass Incidents Caused by Chemical Pollution" emergency drill, sponsored by the Wannian County Social Management Comprehensive Management Committee and co-organized by the Shizhen Town Party Committee and the People's Government, was held in our company. The drill used the example of "Shizhen Hengshan Chemical Plant" where the sealing screws of a tank truck exploded due to freezing, causing the leakage of chemical raw materials. Improper handling by factory employees caused the contamination of more than ten acres of farmland. This led to nearly a hundred nearby villagers attacking the factory, smashing production and living facilities, and surrounding the work. The background is a group gathering of people and people blocking road traffic in the park. The drill started at 10 a.m. and lasted for one and a half hours. Each participating unit carried out on-site closure, traffic control, on-site investigation and identification, plan formulation and deployment, publicity and guidance, forced eviction, casualty treatment, and situation control around the incident in an orderly manner. , resume evacuation and other emergency response work.
